How it works:
Step 1: Complete an in-depth questionnaire to help me learn more about you and your goals.

Step 2: We will schedule & hop on a one hour consultation call via Zoom to dive deeper into your health & fitness goals, dieting history, current nutrition & fitness routine, etc. to develop a clear, action plan toward your goals.

Step 3: You will receive a PDF consultation recap guide with your custom macro nutrition plan, sample meal ideas, food lists, nutrition & fitness education topics, & a summary of the recommended action steps to implement for your goals.
